As discussed above, for the comprehensive development of the student and their talent development, interconnection of practically oriented teaching with relevant work experience is the optimal solution. VSFS is currently implementing the project "Development West Bohemia".

The project enhancing collaboration between the business sectors as a representatives of employers on the one hand side and tertiary education and research and development institutions on the other side. Students in city of Most have the opportunity to do an internship in cooperating employers. Student works on the basis of pre-agreed objectives and schedule of the internship, based on three options from which they can choose.

As a result of that Students can also obtain data for their seminars, bachelor or diploma thesis or other professional papers. Relevant work experience may be also a great opportunity for recruitment and selection of suitable candidates for future employers.

Many international companies have as part of their strategy recruiting, selection and collaboration with talented students already during time of their studies. They are achieving this through their own education systems, offering variety of business competitions and projects, internships, and part-time work positions with the intention to transform such a position to full employment after graduation or even during the study.

As mentioned above in "Development West Bohemia" project, University should be able to facilitate contact between employers and talented students and create job opportunities for talented students already during their studies.

Functional model in this field seems to be “Placement UK” – bridging effectively all parties. Employers who are interested in high-quality, cost-effective employee can log in to the Employers space and create demand. Academic institutions in the EU Member States that want to help students with their placement, they can use the information in the space for the University.

Significant opportunity for talented students seems to be gradual combination of all three pillars (discussed above) already during their studies. Successfully completed relevant studies, gaining international experience and having relevant work experience are optimal precondition for successful start of business or entrepreneurship career of young talented individual.
